We created a bold and exciting brand identity and implemented it across the program—from onboarding to leadership—complete with custom PowerPoint templates, branded email designs, and fresh logos for new and existing initiatives. The result was a clear, cohesive brand employees could instantly recognize at every stage of their learning journey—delivered with momentum and just the right amount of cool.

We started at the top with a bold, polished logo design for the Training & Development department itself. From there, we developed a visual identity for each of the six program levels, giving every learning track its own personality.

And that’s not all—we created another smashing new logo for their mentoring program and refreshed an oldie but a goodie GPS logo—all while keeping everything under one unified umbrella.

To help tell the full story, we designed a 30-page brochure made for real humans. This wasn’t your typical wall of text. We built it like a guided tour through Bunzl’s leadership journey. Big visuals. Friendly copy. Bite‑sized explanations. Whether you were new to the program or helping lead it, this piece helped everyone understand how the puzzle fit together and why it mattered.

Training leaders also needed a way to spread the word. So we created a Bunzl‑branded PowerPoint deck template that matched the brochure and logos—perfect for internal rollouts, team meetings, or walking someone through the program face‑to‑face. Our deck had everything they could possibly need to keep the conversation moving, with enough flexibility to work for any audience.

On‑Brand, In Every Inbox

To keep every program message instantly recognizable, we designed four versatile eblast templates that could flex for everything from “Welcome to the Program” announcements to follow‑ups, reminders, pre‑work, post‑work, and travel details. Each template paired Bunzl’s program banners with smart iconography, tailored text treatments, and themed imagery, making them easy to adapt across the entire program.
