Helping sales professionals talk tech with confidence starts with the basics. We created a quick‑hit training to introduce core PC components in a way that’s fun, interactive, and perfect for those new to selling or new to the world of hardware. No jargon overload, just smart info served up in a way that sticks.
Inspired by the classic board game Operation, we built an animated character who’s missing a few key “internal parts.” Users were able to drag and drop PC components like the CPU, RAM, and hard drive into their rightful place, while learning what each one does and why it matters. It’s lighthearted, a little nostalgic, and surprisingly effective.
With a mix of humor, visuals, and bite‑sized definitions, learners built confidence without being bored. It was an imaginative way to deliver foundational content that might otherwise feel dry—and it gave the client a creative solution that stood out in their training library.
This quick, creative module delivered big returns. Our top 100 global tech client successfully gave their salesforce a solid grounding in PC basics, without the typical eLearning fatigue. It built product knowledge, strengthened selling skills, and added a dose of fun to their ongoing training lineup.
