Introduction to the coffee system
A leading commercial coffee equipment manufacturer was launching a new coffee machine that redefined what automated barista service could look like. This fully automatic espresso system was made for high‑volume hospitality and precision performance. But even the most advanced machine needs experts who know every lever, valve, and iQFlow twist. That’s where we came in.
Our goal was clear: build a foundational training experience to help technicians master the coffee machine’s unique systems, inside and out. We aren’t talking just about what the buttons do. The team needed to know why the machine matters. From hydraulics to heating modules, from touchscreen menus to the Barista Module’s programmable levers—we had to get every detail right and make it digestible.
We created a digital‑first course that was as refined and precise as the machine itself. The training paired rich visuals with intuitive explanations, walking learners through the machine’s design, operation, and essential service knowledge. And instead of getting lost in specs, we kept it focused on clarity and connection: what makes this machine tick, and what makes it great.
We introduced the machine’s purpose and spotlighted the high‑capacity model. Learners explored key features like iQFlow and ProHeat, compared machine types, and reviewed core service and maintenance systems—all in a way that made the complexity approachable and engaging.

The project supported a global shift in how coffee is made. With the right training, service technicians are driving that change from the ground up—one perfect pour at a time. Whether it's brewing 40,000 cups a year, maintaining peak hygiene standards, or responding quickly to issues on-site, these technicians now have a strong foundation to build on and a shared language around the system they support.
